dressing for a slimming effect

There are two important things to consider when you are trying to get a rack of 6 pack abs: what you are eating and what you are drinking.

First - Your Diet

Your diet doesn't have to be a carefully orchestrated plan, it just has to be sensible.

I have found that lowering the amount of carbohydrates that I eat makes a huge difference in the amount of fat I lose/gain each week. There is a direct correlation to amount of calories, and the type of fat you consume. Get back to the basics of fresh fruits and vegetables. You must learn that most low-fat processed foods are full of everything you don't need to put into your body and often hide a lot of sugar and/or carbohydrates. Don't go there. Instead, eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Even the fast-food restaurants offer low-fat pita wraps with chicken and fresh vegetables stuffed for high fiber and high protein intake. Couple that with a fast-food yogurt or parfait with fruit and you are ready to go.

Secondly - Your Drink

What are your drinking? Drink lots of water either bottled water or water that has been filtered. This flushes the fat out of your body so that you can have that 6 pack of abs. It also energizes you and fills you up so that you will not eat as much food. If you drink a bottle of water every time you get a craving, you will soon see your 6 pack of abs begin to emerge (if you have low body fat). Also, watch the mochas and the lattes since their syrups are loaded with calories. Low-fat milk and juices are good, just limit their quantities. As the experts have been preaching for years, water is the best thing for your body when you are looking for those hot, sexy abs.

Do the 80/20 rule on both of these concepts. Eighty percent of the time eat and drink what you should and twenty percent of the time eat and drink what you want! That way you will not feel deprived and you will look absolutely stunning with your new 6 pack abs by using an effective diet to get your new 6 pack abs! Go for it!
